Notification pursuant to sec. 26 para. 1 Securities Trading Act (WpHG)
1) Boussard & Gavaudan Gestion SAS, Paris, France, informed us pursuant to sec.
21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on June 20, 2011 the voting rights of Boussard &
Gavaudan Gestion SAS in Demag Cranes AG, Düsseldorf, Germany, have fallen
below the threshold of 3 per cent and amounted to 1.70 per cent (360,255
voting rights) as per this date.
Of these voting rights, 1.70 per cent (360,255 voting rights) are to be
attributed to Boussard & Gavaudan Gestion SAS, Paris, France, pursuant to
section 22 para. 2 WpHG.
2) Boussard & Gavaudan Asset Management, LP (BGAM), London, United Kingdom,
informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on June 20, 2011
the voting rights of Boussard & Gavaudan Asset Management, LP (BGAM) in
Demag Cranes AG, Düsseldorf, Germany, have fallen below the threshold of
3 per cent and amounted to 1.70 per cent (360,255 voting rights) as per
this date.
Of these voting rights, 1.58 per cent (336,101 voting rights) are to be
attributed to Boussard & Gavaudan Asset Management, LP (BGAM), London,
United Kingdom, pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG and 0.11
per cent (24,154 voting rights) pursuant to sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG.
3) Boussard & Gavaudan Partners Limited, London, United Kingdom, informed us
pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on June 20, 2011 the voting
rights of Boussard & Gavaudan Partners Limited in Demag Cranes AG,
Düsseldorf, Germany, have fallen below the threshold of 3 per cent and
amounted to 1.70 per cent (360,255 voting rights) as per this date.
Of these voting rights, 1.58 per cent (336,101 voting rights) are to be
attributed to Boussard & Gavaudan Partners Limited, London, United Kingdom,
pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2

Compagnie des Ecréhous SAS in Demag Cranes AG, Düsseldorf, Germany, have
fallen below the threshold of 3 per cent and amounted to 1.70 per cent
(360,255 voting rights) as per this date.
Of these voting rights, 1.58 per cent (336,101 voting rights) are to be
attributed to La Compagnie des Ecréhous SAS, Paris, France, pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG and 0.11
per cent (24,154 voting rights) pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1
WpHG. Furthermore, 1.70 per cent (360,255 voting rights) are attributed to

cent and amounted to 1.70 per cent (360,255 voting rights) as per this date.
Of these voting rights, 1.58 per cent (336,101 voting rights) are to be
attributed to Emmanuel Boussard, France, pursuant to section 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG and 0.11 per cent (24,154
